garlic herb cheese tortellini

This is one of those dinners that looks like it takes a lot more effort than it actually does. Cheese tortellini tossed in a creamy garlic herb sauce with cherry tomatoes, spinach, and plenty of cheese. It comes together with hardly any prep. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner when you want something good without spending a ton of time in the kitchen. I know I don’t have exact measurements for this, but I truly just do to taste. I promise you can’t mess this up!
